Data Migration & Integration Lead in India

Role Overview 

The Data Migration & Integration Lead is a CoE leader who will lead teams responsible for seamless data movement, transformation, and integration across Salesforce ecosystems. The leader ensures accuracy, reliability, and performance in every integration touchpoint. 

Experience: 8–12 years 

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India 

Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST) 

Reporting To: Director Data and Integration Services

Chargeability – 80% 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and lead strategies for complex data migrations and integrations. 
  • Implement best practices in data cleansing, deduplication, and error handling. 
  • Architect data and process integration frameworks using tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Boomi. 
  • Partner with client and internal teams to ensure end-to-end data integrity. 
  • Build accelerators, templates, and reusable utilities to enhance delivery efficiency. 
  • Mentor team members and drive technical upskilling. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 8–12 years in Salesforce integration and data migration. Including 3+ years’ experience in people leadership. 
  • Hands-on experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, Boomi). 
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, APIs, and ETL processes. 
  • Salesforce Data Architect or MuleSoft certification preferred. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
