Charles specializes in strategic IT planning, digital transformation, and blending predictive and agile project management methodologies. He is skilled in business process analysis and improvement, risk and change management, and data analysis. With a master’s degree in computer information systems from Boston University and certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator, Charles is committed to driving innovation and success for his clients.
