As a Consultant Analyst, you will be a full-time employee of Cloud for Good as you partake in an intensive initial training program to learn critical business analyst and Salesforce administration and consulting skills. Upon completion of training, a Consultant Analyst serves as a member of a Cloud for Good client delivery team. Assignments are subject to client needs and Cloud for Good priorities.
Location: Virtual: Home-based office in US or Canada; Must be located in Central or Eastern time zones.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete a multi-month, virtual Salesforce System Administrator training program designed by Cloud for Good
- Attend all training activities
- Complete all pre- and post-work assignments
- Seek help from available people and resources
- Obtain the Business Analyst certification within 2-3 months of start date and an additional Salesforce certification by the completion of Month 6
- Develop foundational Salesforce knowledge and related technical and consulting skills required to contribute value to Cloud for Good clients
- Once assigned to a client team, performing duties as assigned and appropriate for an entry level Salesforce System Administrator. Sample duties may include:
- Develop and use business analysis skills to document user stories, requirements, configuration diagrams, and other solution documentation
- Build and test solutions for customer use cases, as designed by senior consultants or architects
- Participate in meetings with Cloud for Good customers on technical and business goals and challenges
- Work with customers and internal team members to iterate through modifications and revisions
- Quickly resolve urgent client issues while proactively working to encourage system adoption and utilization
- Perpetually contribute to the betterment of Cloud for Good and our clients
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned

- Travel Requirements
- All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 20% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation.
- Work Environment
- Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).
- Client Time Zone Alignment
- As a team member, you may be required to adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role.
