Before her transition into the world of consulting, Kyla worked in the nonprofit sector for over a decade. Throughout this time, she was a fundraiser, program manager, volunteer manager, event manager, and more. Her 4 years living abroad in Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Belgium studying and working in international development shaped Kyla’s understanding of how the limited resources nonprofits are afforded can be used to make huge positive impact in the world. This ultimately led her to shift into consulting in 2019, and since then she has focused on supporting nonprofits in leveraging technology to expand their impact through more efficient systems and processes. She has a Masters in International Development and gained her Salesforce Administrator certification in 2021.

Outside of work, Kyla enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, volleyball, and making art.
