Mark Koenig has been helping Colleges and Universities use technology to change the way students, faculty, staff and other stakeholders make decisions and do their work for 30+ years. He has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to deliver, design, and oversee implementations of financial, human resources, and customer relationship management systems.

Since entering the Salesforce ecosystem in 2010, Mark and his team members have partnered closely with Salesforce.org to build and deliver solutions on the Salesforce platform that spans the entire student journey – from awareness to alum.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys reading (history or historical fiction), watching soccer, enjoying musical theatre, and hiking.
