Charlotte has been working in the nonprofit and education space for 10 years implementing Salesforce solutions, empowering teams to work more effectively and efficiently. During her time with Cloud For Good, she has led projects focused on recruitment and admissions, fundraising and donor management, student enrollment and success, marketing, case management, and human resources. Prior to joining Cloud For Good, Charlotte led the development and implementation of Philanthropy California’s Salesforce, Drupal, and Pardot platforms. She served on the Technology Advisory Group for the United Philanthropy Forum’s Drupal-Salesforce Project for 6 years. Charlotte holds four Salesforce certifications and specializes in project management and business analysis.
