Emily Jakubiak, Principal Consultant Location: New York Emily believes that the social service sector can and should be elevated through improved data collection, data management, and more strategic program evaluation. While working as the Program and Evaluation Director at Amachi Pittsburgh, a nonprofit that serves children impacted by parental incarceration, Emily began using Salesforce and saw its capacity to increase nonprofit success. Through her work as an independent program evaluator for other Pittsburgh nonprofits, she further realized that many of the common challenges experienced by her clients could be resolved through a strategic implementation of Salesforce. Emily shifted gears; she strengthened her consulting and project management skills and earned Salesforce certifications along the way, including the Einstein Analytics Advanced Accreditation. Emily is excited to connect with and assist nonprofits and higher ed institutions more broadly. When not at work, she can be found on a spin bike, at a Taylor Swift concert, or playing board games with friends.
