A Game Changer: Cloud for Good and Apsona Announce Over the Edge

August 2nd, 2012 Cloud for Good and Apsona announced today the release of Over the Edge, a data migration tool that allows nonprofit and educational organization to migrate their data from Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce.com’s Nonprofit Starter Pack in 20-30 minutes.

Nation-wide more and more nonprofit organizations are moving from Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce.com. Currently the data migration process often takes longer than expected, is cost prohibitive, and is susceptible to human error.

Cloud for Good partnered with Apsona (the developers of Apsona for Salesforce), and together developed an easy to use step-by-step tool to extract, transform and load Raiser’s Edge data into the Nonprofit Starter Pack within minutes. Cloud for Good was chosen to be one of the venture showcases at the 2011 Tennessee Next Conference

On May 5th, 2011, Tal Frankfurt, Founder/CEO of Cloud for Good, will pitch for the opportunity to win up to $25,000 at the 2011 Tennessee Next Conference. Cloud for Good, a Memphis based company, was selected from companies all of Tennessee to be one of the 24 technology venture showcases at the conference.

 

The technology venture showcase session will be moderated by Vic Gatto from Solidus Capital and will include a panel of venture capitalists and other start up experts who will select the winner for this category. Each winner will receive up to $25,000, mentoring, strategic advice, connections to customers through the TEN partnership founded by the Tennessee Technology Development.
